Ask in Faith

ask in faith

But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind. James 1:6

“Legacy is not just what we leave behind but who we send into the future.” @darrenbraz ---
The seeds we sow into our family are not confined to the time in history to which they are planted. We may see the results, next week, next year, or even in the next generation.

Happy Birthday @aaronman567
I am so lucky to be your mom. I love your passion for life and learning. You inspire me daily. 😘
Two things we can do as parents to help our kids avoid comparison: —-
Teach them to questions their thoughts and speak to themselves. This simply means that when you have a negative thought, you have a choice to entertain that thought or stop it in its tracks and replace it with truth. Not just once or twice but every time those thoughts try to creep into your mind.
AND
Refuse to compare. Our kids will pick up our behaviors and adopt them as their own. So let’s not compare our families to other families or ourselves to other parents, and we definitely don’t want to compare our children to each other or kids they know.

What do you do to prevent comparison in your home?
